APPOINTMENTS All appointments are by appointment only. A completed booking confirms that you have read and agreed to our policies.We appreciate your patience as we focus on providing safe, thorough, and personalized care. BOOKING FEE A booking fee of 50%of your booked service will be required to reserve your appointment. Your appointment is not considered confirmed until the required booking fee has been received. Booking fees are applied toward your service total unless otherwise stated. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will result in the loss of your booking fee. Repeated late cancellations may require payment in full before future appointments. NO-SHOWS If you do not arrive for your appointment and have not contacted us, your appointment will be considered a no-show. No-show appointments will result in the loss of your booking fee and may require prepayment for future appointments. LATE ARRIVALS Please arrive on time. A late arrival may shorten your service time so that we can remain on schedule. If you arrive significantly late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and the applicable cancellation policy may apply. HEALTH & SKIN DISCLOSURE For your safety, please provide accurate information regarding your skincare routine, allergies, sensitivities, medications, recent procedures, and relevant health or skin concerns before receiving a service. Certain conditions, products, medications, or recent treatments may require us to modify or postpone your service. Do not discontinue any prescribed medication solely to receive an esthetic service. SERVICE CHANGES Your skin comes first. After consultation, we reserve the right to modify, postpone, or decline a service if we believe the requested treatment may not be appropriate for your current skin condition or safety. We will discuss recommended alternatives whenever possible.
